For our Client, well-known international manufacturing company we are looking for a person interested in the role of HR Application Specialist.

Your new role
In this role your duty will be to customise, configure and parametrize systems according to technical concepts in time, budget and quality. You will be performing unit tests, data migration and technical deployment (transports) into development/ test/QA environment. As a HR Application Specialist you will collaborate with IT Process manger concerning opportunities for technical improvements, implement technical concepts and specialise on E2E-process and on certain system(s) and / or module(s).

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful candidate you need to have 2+ years of experience as HR Application Specialist and previous working experience with HR Management System/Talent Management System. Candidates should possess knowledge of business processes, IT services and master data related to Hire to Retire area.
ITIL Service Management Knowledge would be an asset

- Talent Management and Development (etc.)
- Good understanding of configuration dependencies and integration points between different functional modules of HRMS
- Solid MS Excel skills
- Good overall computer skills
