Job description:
- Delivering technical second-level support, processing incidents and service requests, planning deployments, and coordinating various provider tasks in compliance with SLAs
- Working on incidents, service requests, and problems compliant with SLAs
- Ensuring the productive operation of all bank-relevant applications and guarantee a high level of availability
- Communicate with 3rd party IT Providers
- Be part of a 5-8 people professional team, as part of a bigger ITIL compliant support team
- Create evaluations and reports from productive systems
- Ensure continuous improvement of service quality through close coordination with development teams, third-party vendors, and IT service providers
Requirements:
- Degree in computer science or business informatics
- Experience in application deployment in the production environment
- ITIL certification or a comparable one
- Analytical and logical thinking skills
- Experience in the administration of x86 Linux
- Experience with application servers
- Experience with SQL databases
- Working knowledge of English (B2)
