Your Tasks:
- Designing, developing and maintaining IT environment and deliver reliable, scalable platforms to build our key systems and services throughout the company
- Implementing and maintaining a database and programs on platforms such as Workday, SAP, MS Dynamics, Salesforce OnBase, Concur and supporting platforms Automatization, testing, including unit and functional, support part of the finance, banking areas, to be supporting SAP accounts and Concur as well
- Preparation of business and system analysis of a new banking application
- Cooperation with programmers and testers
- Work on a team of engineers, finance and technical leaders, analysts to enable new features for internal and external customers, while keeping our applications secure and stable
- Operate in an Agile capability team where quality and security are built into daily work and we make time to help others improve their environment as well
- Maintaining and determining the priorities of product backlog elements
- Work on a team of engineers, technical leaders, analysts to enable new features for internal and external customers, while keeping our applications secure and stable
- Design build/deliver and steward resilient platforms for a business capability
- Serve as the go-to person for triaging system anomalies (bugs, security, performance) Shape company future by presenting your own designs to groups across IT and the company while reviewing designs of others

Requirements:
- 4+ years related experience
- Bachelor or Masters in CS, MIS, Software Engineering or equivalent engineering/technical degree
- Experience within large SaaS platforms such as Workday, SAP, MS Dynamics, Salesforce OnBase, Concur and supporting platforms
- Experience in migration services
- Banking integration, between SAP, payments product dedicated to AR/ AP Department
- Good to have experience with banking interface/correspondence
- Experience in one or more SQL or NoSQL databases technologies including Azure database services such as Cosmos DB and Azure DB
- Experience with Agile software development and test-driven development
- Designing, developing and maintaining IT environment responsible for customer services delivery, network resources and assets inventory
- Strong analytical skills: ability to distill information from disparate data sources and the capability to tell the story behind it, as well as recommendations for next steps
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business requirements
- Strong communication skills with ability to align the organization on complex technical decisions
