For our Client we are looking for AP Team Leader who will manage manage AP team ensuring that all accounting procedures are performed to Group standards and accounting, legal and statutory requirements ensuring that maximum customer satisfaction is achieved and service levels are met or exceeded for all customer requirements.


Responsibilities:
Your will be supervising, training and coaching the team above 5 people on day-to-day basis and during process migration. You will support creation, implementation and manage local AP processes and ensure migration of new processes to BSC Poland. Your responsibility will be to oversee AP process, to ensure that all suppliers are paid in a timely manner and to manage department performance in line with Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and Service Level Agreements (SLA’s).
You will be also:
  • Supporting A&F activities from multiple locations
  • Dealing with escalations from internal and suppliers’ queries and resolving issues
  • Leading, motivating team to adhere company’s values and delivering a high level of staff engagement
  • Working with other entities to ensure alignment of structure, process and procedure and driving continuous improvement.
  • Monthly required reporting and ad hoc reporting for local and regional purposes and external parties.
  • Complying with adequate financial controls, ensuring that internal and external audit requirements are met.
  • Driving and designing AP and financial process improvements to build center of excellence, best practices, procedures and manuals.

Requirements

We are looking for people with bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant field (Finance & Accounting) and with very good level of English. You should have minimum 2-3 years experience in supervising AP processes and teams and must be able to manage people performance and development. It is important to have strong customer focus (for internal stakeholders and external customers) and be ready to support processes creation, implementation & development. Excellent computer skills incl. MS Office are needed.
