We are looking for one of our clients ambitious graduates who would like to develop their skills in fast growing organization as aACCOUNTS PAYABLE WITH GERMAN.
Our Client is located in the center of Łódź and offers a lot of possibilities.
Your daily duties will be:
- Collect, monitor and archive logistic related document
- Verifying invoices in accordance with company procedures
- Approving invoices for payment
- Resolving discrepancies by contacting both internal and external parties
- Follow established policies, procedures and methods to achieve metrics and targets
- Deliver external/internal client satisfaction
- Actively participate in the continuous improvement initiatives
Client require from you:
- Minimum Bachelor degree
- 1 year of professional experience on a similar role
- Basic knowledge of accounting is a must
- SAP knowledge is a must
- Excel, Word and Outlook professional working competency
- Logistics background will be an advantage
- Highly developed interpersonal skills;
- Strong motivation to work in a complex organization
- Strong customer service skills
Language skills:
- Good in written and spoken German
- Good in written and spoken English
