AP Accountant with German
Independent management of accounts payable in new SSC in the heart of Katowice with very good command of German and communicative English.

A leading international system provider for innovative technical problem solutions, cleaning and clearing traffic areas as well as moving challenging green areas, is opening a new Corporate Service Center in Katowice to provide highest quality business services across Europe.
Description
- Contains the processing of the "FI invoices" (cost centers) as well as the processing of the "MM invoices" (material management)
- Information provider to customers and suppliers as well as internal contacts such as purchasing, cost center managers
- Build and maintain good working relationships with external vendors and internal customers
- Booking of bank transactions
- Process supplier reminders
- Create a payment run including expenses and debtor repayments
- Post expense reports
- Reclaiming foreign VAT (cashback) and VAT settlement
- Master data maintenance for vendors / customers
- Handle and resolve supplier payment queries
- Support and conduct continuous process improvement initiatives
Profile
- Working experience in accounting AP (preferably min. 1-2 years)
- Very good knowledge of German (min. B2)
- Good knowledge of English (min. B1)
- Good knowledge of SAP
- Good knowledge MS Excel
- Team oriented person
- Open-minded personality who communicates well and respectfully, but always in the interests of the company, with external and internal contacts
