THE COMPANY

Our client is a professional Biotechnology organization, based in Noord-Brabant Netherlands.

They offer their customers a wide range of certified analyses.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

You are responsible for managing a team of analysts, and you coordinate and optimalise the daily activities within the lab. For this you coordinate with other team leaders and you report directly to the operational manager.

You will start with a contract of 12 months, followed by extension.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You are responsible for all activities within the lab:
- Ensure all QC protocols are properly carried out;
- Improve quality and safety in the lab;
- Take care off irregularities in the analyses and organisation;
- Lead and motiate the team.

REQUIREMENTS

An HLO diloma:
- 3 - 5 years of work experience in the lab (managerial experience is an asset);
- Lab specific IT knowledge (LIMS);
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
