Job Tasks:

• Creating and processing outgoing payments via ERP system.
• Preparing advance, proforma, employee and other manual payments on request
• Identifying and processing inter-company money transfers
• Investigating and resolving payment discrepancies
• Verifying and posting transactions
• Performing bank statement reconciliation
• Sending payment remittance and confirmation of accounts
• Answering internal/external inquiries
• Supporting audit requirements
• Preparing reports/overviews/analysis
• Participating in preparation of monthly/yearly closings

Requirements:

• Financial and accounting education
• Knowledge of international tax regulation
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Knowledge of accounting/ERP systems - D365 nice to have
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Adherence to tight deadlines and quick turnaround for accounting deliverables
