For our Client, new IT Global Hub with location in Katowice, we are currently looking for Agile Lead.
Your new role
As an Agile Lead you will be responsible for:
• You will be leading a self-organized agile development team
• Your focus as a leader in an agile environment will be on coaching and enabling your team members, provide clarity by working on and communicating a shared vision and bring it to reality
• You will establish a high-performing, cross-functional team based on trust and engagement in skill, mindset and size
• In addition, you will drive continuous improvement of the processes and services in your area with regards to customer value and the strategy of the company
• You consult to and collaborate with the Product Owners, bring together the needed business areas and facilitate and moderate the process to build up a productive collaboration
What you'll need to succeed
• You are experienced in executing agile methodologies, especially Scrum and the theories of KANBAN
• You have the ability to lead a team and possess extensive project and management experience in an agile environment
• You are always interested in learning and developing beyond your usual areas of expertise
• You have a high degree of independence, empathy and communication skills
• You have a basic knowledge about software development and like to talk to developers in their own language
• A good command English language
