Aftersales Services Director - Industrial
Due to dynamic growth on Polish market, we are currently looking for Aftersales Services Director, to join the company structures. The successful candidate will be challenged with developing aftersales services sales strategy, as well as maintaining efficiency and quality service level, and bring cost-optimization ideas to the company bottom-line.

Our Client is an acknowledged international manufacturer of industrial automation components. The company engineers and develops innovative solutions, targeted to improve production efficiency and quality for the end users.

Be responsible for mechanical and electrical aftersales service department

Manage team of service engineers and sales engineers (cc 20 employees)
- Build, develop and implement sales strategy for aftermarket services
- Build and maintain long-term relations with the customers
- Create sales plans for aftermarket services, monitor the progress and assure execution
- Constantly look for and propose innovative solutions for the department's development
- Report performance and results to the Group
Profile
-
Higher education with a technical degree, preferably in mechanical engineering
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in industrial sector
- Minimum 5 years of people management experience
- Sales-related background will be an advantage
- Proven experience with industrial automation systems, preferably with drives and motors
- Excellent analytic and communication skills
- Target-orientation, ability to deliver objectives and work under time-pressure
- Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems, SAP would be an advantage
- Driving license cat. B
- Fluent spoken and written English, additional language would be an asset
