Accurate and timely ordering spare parts for UPS automotive fleet (package cars, feeders, containers);

Identification of spare parts in vendor catalogues (Merceder, Iveco, Daf, Man etc.);

Communication with vendors and UPS workshops across the Europe in regards to order status, spare parts availability etc.;

Supporting spare parts warranty process;

Supporting tyres ordering process.

Very good English language skills (very strong technical/automotive vocabulary);

Very good German language skills (very strong technical/automotive vocabulary);

General knowledge on how a car is built;

Knowledge of automotive spare parts industry (especially package cars);

Automotive industry background and experience will be an advantage;
