- Organization and planning of internal and external meetings
- On-boarding process of new colleagues
- Handling of enquirers from internal stakeholders on a daily base
- Daily adhoc business requests
- Financial administrations like purchase orders and invoices
- Communication with external stakeholders
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Experienced with MS Office tools

- Management and organization of activities, calendar management and travel arrangements- Organization and planning of internal and external meetings
- On-boarding process of new colleagues
- Handling of enquirers from internal stakeholders on a daily base
- Daily adhoc business requests
- Financial administrations like purchase orders and invoices
- Communication with external stakeholders
Requirements
- Experienced as a management assistant or in a secretarial support role- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Experienced with MS Office tools
