Requirements:

  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Experience in administration tasks, nice to have any experience in accounting
  • Good computer skills
  • Freedom to use office equipment and the ability to learn quickly
  • Independence, reliability and perfect organization of work
  • Good communication skills
  • The ability to cooperate in a team and openness to the needs of others

Duties:

  • Supporting the logistics center team in dealing with external entities and other departments of the company; calendar management and organization of meetings
  • Day-to-day administrative service of the logistics center (office), including supervision over the flow of incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Support of the Procurement department in Poland in the field of Invoicing
  • Organizing, copying, scanning and archiving documents
  • Comprehensive organization of office work
  • Creating a positive image of the company
