Duties:
Supporting the logistics center team in dealing with external entities and other departments of the company; calendar management and organization of meetings
Day-to-day administrative service of the logistics center (office), including supervision over the flow of incoming and outgoing correspondence
Support of the Procurement department in Poland in the field of Invoicing
Organizing, copying, scanning and archiving documents
Comprehensive organization of office work
Creating a positive image of the company
