Accounts Receivable Accountant - new SSC (m/f)
The successful candidate will have the unique opportunity to be involved in building new SSC structures and take part in development and optimization of global processes.
Client Details
Our Client is an international, manufacturing company. For their new Shared Service Center located in Wroclaw we are looking for Candidates interested in the position of Accountant to join the Accounts Receivable team.
Description
- Books all transactions in the system in order to ensure the current status of the settlements
- Checks the status of the settlements, makes compensations, and takes the necessary actions in order to settle receivables up to date
- Contributes to the timely and accurate performing tasks related to the monthly closing
- Cooperates with other departments within SSC
- Delivers results according to the set goals (KPI's) in order to contribute to the effective realization of team objectives
- Stabilize OTC process after the transition from company's units to SSC in Wroclaw
- Creating and maintaining process documentation
Profile
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting (preferable AR/OTC),
- Fluency in English is mandatory and one of the other European languages as an asset (German, French, Spanish, Russian, Czech, Turkish)
- University's Degree
- Knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems (SAP experience beneficial)
- Knowledge of customer service process will be an extra asset
