SSC based in Katowice is looking for an experienced Candidate for the position- AP Team Leader with German
Your new role
AP Team Leader is responsible for leading the team more than 10 employees with main focus on providing daily work direction to the Team and guiding the Team towards best practices. Manage the day-to-day planning, operation and problem-solving, so that the team meets it required level of service. Planning resources for the Team, recruiting the right people, onboarding them in the new role. Moreover scope of your duties will included identify, capture & drive continuous improvement opportunities, day to day relationship with the customer including resolution of customer issues and participate in project as required.
What you'll need to succeed
To be the best candidate for this role you need to have University degree and previous experience in financial/accounting positions. Moreover you should have good knowledge about OTC process. German and English on min B2 level are required. You also need to be person with great communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in management will be an asset.
