For our Client, large international company based in Gdańsk, we are currently looking for a Banks and Accounts Receivable Accountant.
In this position you will be responsible for calculation and posting of: non PO invoices, PO invoices, and travel expenses. You will follow-up of invoice approvals and liaising with Managers to clarify any discrepancies. On a daily basis you will review of vendor statements and payment reminders, supervise timely approvals in invoice workflow system, and provide explanation to questions raised by other departments.
You will be responsible forensuring quality and timely processing of purchase invoices, travel expenses and reconciliation of accounts.
