Your new role
Accountancy
  • Registers all types of invoices in the accounting program SAGE according internal rules.
  • Checks and registers the expense lists.
  • Controls suppliers and partners invoices according to contracts (GO + AD Blue, stations, cars).
  • Does monthly stock inventory management for accounting.
  • Register the bank transactions.
  • Offers support for customers regarding accountancy information (account statements, etc).
  • Statistic declarations (National Bank, Statistic department, etc.)
  • Prepares situations for monthly reporting.
Stock control
  • Organises tender and manages relationship with product suppliers (GO + AD Blue).
  • Places orders to Products suppliers for quantities to deliver on a daily basis (up to 3.000 K€ per month).
  • Controls stocks on a daily basis (using indexes, electronic deep, sales and acquisitions).
  • Calculates monthly stocks gains and losses and registers them in SAGE after management validation.
Price management
  • Follows prices on the market compared to purchasing cost and proposes price changes to Country manager.
  • Pre-validates and Validates price in Gescom, keeps the Price list up to date
Administration
  • Communicates Pin Codes to customer according to procedure..

What you'll need to succeed
  • Previous experience in Accountancy and ideally a Degree in Economics/ Accountancy.
  • Knowledge of accounting and fiscal regulations.
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package.
  • A can-do attitude and passion for accounting.
  • Good sense and analysis of financial risks.
  • Detail-oriented and organized individual.
  • Capacity for integration and adaptation, a team player’s attitude.
  • Good sense of business in general.
  • Good English level.
