For our Client, a well-known company based in Gdynia, we are currently looking for a Finance and Accountancy Team Manager.
In this position you will be managing the team of 15 accountants. You will organize work, set up priorities and monitor workload with a team. You will build and maintain business relationship with Client, evaluate operational KPI`s and identify areas of improvement in process. You will be responsible for team schedule and leave planning.
To be successful in this role you need have a strong understanding of Accountancy processes, especially from General Ledger area. You need to have a proven track of team management experience. This role will require you to have good written and verbal communication skills in English, experience in transition projects and strong-problem solving skills.
