With their products, they continue to make people with kidneys diseases have a better life. They are currently looking for a new account manager to join the sales team.Role Description
As an account manager, you will be responsible for the interaction with your clients, from the first cold call to providing after-sales service. It is the account manager's job to make sure the client's expectations are met, and that the overall customer satisfaction is on point. You will be responsible for the region of Flanders & Brussels.Responsibilities
Daily interaction with existing clients, such as urologists, doctors and other healthcare professionalsEnsure customer satisfaction
Handle complaints, questions and other needs of the clients
Contribute to the development of an effective sales strategy
Meet your yearly sales targets

Requirements
You hold a bachelor degree, preferably in a medical field4 years of relevant sales experience within medical devices
Fluent in both Dutch and French, English is a big plus
You hold a drivers license (B)
Willing to travel for most of your time
