The primary function of this position is to develop with dynamism the sales of projects and solutions using very broad products and services portfolio inc. industrial furniture leather cutting machine, software and associated services.

For our client, the world leader in integrated technology solutions (software, CAD/CAM equipment and associated services) dedicated to industries using soft materials: textiles, leather, industrial fabrics and composite materials we are searching for a Account Manager Poland.

Description

  • Builds relationships with current and new customers within Furniture Industry.
  • Penetrates current accounts with additional product offerings and opens new accounts through products that meet customer needs.
  • Identify customer's needs and create necessary conditions for sales opportunities to support future growth, nationally.
  • Influence and support local marketing and communication teams about all actions required to evaluate and stimulate the market and pipeline
  • Defines and meets quarterly and annual account plan focusing on targeted markets and key accounts and prospects. Defines and implements sales strategy to meet plan.
  • Manage the sales cycle of added value propositions
  • Report regularly to the Sales Director Furniture Northern & Eastern Europe the status of the business and the progress made on action plans and initiatives
  • Work closely with the different teams (Management, marketing, professional service) to build and execute the subsidiary strategy.

Profile

  • At least 5 years of experience in direct sales of high value solutions (e.g. industrial machinery) and transformational projects
  • Technical education is a must
  • A proven track record of technical sales
  • Knowledge of the manufacturing industry - ideally with high notions of 4.0 industry
  • Knowledge of Furniture and Upholstery Industry would big plus
  • Experience in Software Sales and Sale of Complex Solutions would be a big plus
  • Strong Hunter mentality
  • Working within a very international environment.
  • Fluent Polish and English
