ROLE DESCRIPTION
As Account Manager Online you will approach the market and build further on existing relationships. It will be your job to find the most efficient strategy for our clients to increase their online visibility through our online recruitment services. Our online recruitment services includes our job board, CV database and employer branding services. You will receive an in-depth training to get acquainted with our way of recruitment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintaining and advising existing relationships
- Approaching prospects proactively
- Utilizing and expanding our online recruitment services where possible
- Selling our online recruitment solutions by phone and personal meetings
- Building long-term relationships with clients by listening to their needs and finding the most suitable solution
- Expanding our existing network through acquisition by phone
- Maintaining our relationship with third parties
REQUIREMENTS
- 2 – 3 years of experience in online sales
- Strong communicator with a convincing attitude
- Proactive, disciplined and enthusiastic
- Accurate and capable of setting priorities
- Eager to learn and result oriented
- Sincere Intelligent Resultant Excellence
- Interested in technology and innovation
- Bachelor's or master's degree
- Living in Amsterdam or willing to relocate
- Valid driving license
- Fluent in Dutch & English
- Other experience in sales or account management is a plus
