The Company

The company is part of a very ambitious multinational with business worldwide. This subsidiary is a market leader within the field of cardiovascular monitoring systems. The company generates sales via direct sales and distributors.

Role Description

As Account Manager you are responsible for the sales in Hospitals directly. You will be collaborating with your colleague who will be responsible for the Flemish part of Belgium. On a day to day basis you will be focusing on visiting Hospitals and anticipating in tenders. Therefor you will be both out in the field, but also be responsible for administration aligning tenders and your daily work cycle.

Responsibilities

- Adopt current clients and tenders and gain new business;
- Explore customer needs to generate up- and cross-selling opportunities;
- Acquire new business (20% of the time) via multiple channels;
- Assure annual sales targets.

Requirements

- At least 5 years of experience in a commercial environment;
- Experience working in Hospitals, preferably selling Capital good;
- Proven track record working tenders;
- Excellent sales and communication skills;
- Fluent in French and English, Dutch is considered a plus.
