We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist (Web-based portal support) to join SSC office based in the Poznań city center.

What will you do?

- Web portal administration, 
- 2nd line support,
- Cooperation with the Platform provider (web based portal),
- Internal Customer support with the use of a Ticketing Tool (Freshdesk), 
- Bug reporting and follow up,
- Platform enhancements (scope, testing, release communication)
- Potential process improvements - identifying and implementing,
- Designing manuals, knowledge base articles .

What do we expect?

- Experience in help desk, customer support departments,
- Outstanding communication skills,
- Fluent English – excellent language skills will be needed in daily work activities,
- Basic understanding of the IT environment,
- Basic command of CMS, Confluence, Miro board, ticketing systems, Jira,
- Awareness of Kanban, OKR, KPI, Agile.
