Our history

Four stages that shaped the portal into what it is today.

  1. October 2006

    Service launch

    First job offers published on infoPraca.pl. The brand enters Poland with Spanish know-how.

  2. 2010 — 2020

    Growth years

    Hundreds of thousands of applications per year and thousands of employers. The portal becomes a permanent point on the Polish HR map.

  3. 2025

    Change of owner

    Caruma becomes the operator of the service. A new chapter of product development opens.

    Next generation

    We strongly bet on AI technology — investing in new solutions and UX so that searching for a job is easier than ever.

The service was founded by Spain's Grupo Intercom — a pioneer of new technologies with over 25 years of internet experience. From its portfolio came such brands as InfoJobs and Careesma.

Under Caruma's wings

In 2025, Caruma became the operator of infoPraca.pl. It continues the mission of developing the service based on the latest technological solutions — with greater emphasis on automation, match quality, and user experience.

It's a new chapter for us, but the same promise to users: reliable job offers and tools that genuinely help find work.
