GDPR at Infopraca

Respecting the fundamental right of every person to privacy, we attach great importance to ensuring the confidentiality and protection of personal data processing; moreover, we make every reasonable effort to process personal data in accordance with applicable legal provisions and with respect for the fundamental rights and freedoms of the persons whose data concern. In connection with the above and in order to ensure the proper process of processing personal data in accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (OJ L 119, 4.5.2016) (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR") - we present this information obligation clause, which contains some important information regarding the processing of personal data.

The controller of your personal data is Infopraca Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, address: ul. Prosta 20, 00-850 Warsaw, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs, maintained by the XII Division of KRS under KRS number 0000268175.

3. Information about recipients of personal data

The recipients of your personal data may be the following persons: entities cooperating in connection with the contracts being implemented and entities to which the Administrator transfers data on the basis of applicable legal provisions.

4. Information on the right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection – if you believe that data processing violates the provisions of the general regulation on the protection of personal data of April 27, 2016.

5. Information on the rights of the data subject

You have the right to request access to the content of your personal data, their rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, the right to data portability and the right to object.

6. Information on the transfer of your data to a third country.

Your data will not be transferred to a third country.

7. Information on profiling

Your data will be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling. Infopraca Sp. z o.o. processes the personal data of its Users in the form of automated processing, consisting of analyzing or forecasting personal preferences in order to adapt job offers.
