Respecting the fundamental right of every person to privacy, we attach great importance to ensuring the confidentiality and protection of personal data processing; moreover, we make every reasonable effort to process personal data in accordance with applicable legal provisions and with respect for the fundamental rights and freedoms of the persons whose data concern. In connection with the above and in order to ensure the proper process of processing personal data in accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (OJ L 119, 4.5.2016) (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR") - we present this information obligation clause, which contains some important information regarding the processing of personal data.

Your data will be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling. Infopraca Sp. z o.o. processes the personal data of its Users in the form of automated processing, consisting of analyzing or forecasting personal preferences in order to adapt job offers.
In terms of maintaining the User’s account at www.infopraca.pl, we process your personal data under article 6(1)(a) and (b) of the GDPR.
The purpose of data processing shall be to enable the use of any and all functionalities offered by the portal.
Your data shall be processed for a period necessary to perform the agreement, and after this period, for purposes and for a period and in the scope required by the provisions of law or for securing possible claims. In terms of the sales of products and services, we process your personal data under article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
The purpose of your personal data processing shall be to enable placing and completion of the order and concluding a sales agreement on products offered by InfoPraca Sp. z o.o. via the portal under the address www.infopraca.pl.
Your personal data shall be processed for 5 years - starting from the year following the year when the agreement expired under article 74(2)(4) of the Accounting Act as of 29 September 1994.
In terms of the marketing activities, we process your personal data under article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
The purpose of your data processing shall be the marketing of own products and services as well as brand building. In that regard your data may be forwarded to the entities supporting the activity of the Data Controller under the agreements on personal data processing in accordance with article 28 of the GDPR.

In terms of the sending commercial information, we process your personal data under article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.
