Reporting & Accounting Specialist
The scope of responsibilities includes:
- Supporting trading floor of treasury department
- Trading activities and handling administrative procedures, performing regulatory reporting and playing an important role as part of financial reporting process in a dynamic environment driven by changes.
- Working with back office team in Warsaw and the one based in Denmark.
- Delivering value and support to stakeholders and to our current and potential new customers
- The key duties will contain trade confirmations, settlement and invoicing , clearing and collateral, payment management, book keeping, reconciliations and accruals as well as regulatory reporting, IT changes and, daily follow up on KPI’s and reporting of KPI’s
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in economics, finance, business administration or similar.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in clearing & settlement, the financial market or the energy market.
- Knowledge of settlement, accounting and payment management (A/P, A/R), Invoicing & Accruals Reconciliations
- Fluency in English
- Advanced Excel knowledge, (VBA as an advantage)
- SAP knowledge
- Delivering high-quality operation and prefer to work in accordance with guidelines.
- Strong interpersonal and operational skills
