Key Responsibilities:
- Providing advice in the scope of corporate finance, capital and debt financing, mergers and acquisitions, forensic, valuation, due diligence and restructuring.
- Leading and supporting various M&A projects.
- Preparing project documentation, co-ordinating project deliverables, preparation and supervision of project timetables.
- Taking responsibility for effective project delivery.
- Keeping constant contact with clients, preparing data rooms.
- Preparing financial models for valuation and transaction advisory purposes.
- Contributing to business development and the sales process.
- Compliance with risk procedure.
- Supporting whole team on daily basis.
WYMAGANIA
- University degree in finance, economy or related .
- Fluent English language skills.
- At least 4 years of experience in the area of M&A advisory and/or valuation and modeling.
- Solid knowledge of valuation methods, financial statements and accounting principles.
- CFA/ACCA Certification completed or in process.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel based tools, analytical skills.
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
