In 2014 we recognized there is a gap between traditional CRM software and the actual needs of e-commerce sites. We built our MVP and launched. The customer feedback we got and the product adoption rate confirmed we\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'re on the right track.
