Workflow Engineer - API / Mule Soft Developer
Miejsce pracy: KrakówKey Accountabilities:
Work within the Workflow engineering pod, covering some or all of: Agile development of Workflow Infrastructure related products, 3rd level support of said products, thought leadership, technical documentation, verbal and written communication, financial management
Develop and lead customer facing applications that will be driven by chatbots across Agent Assist/Mobile/Desktop
Develop Chatbot conversational Flows
Be part of a team that performs sustainable continuous improvement, identifying and removing organisational barriers affecting the team, processes and products owned
Maintain an agile mind-set by adopting the practices and processes identified as being required for our new engineering pods, leveraging agile delivery methods, associated frameworks (e.g., Lean) and Bank tools (e.g., JIRA) to do this
Understand and follow the ITID strategy and vision and also the Product Management direction
Identify continuous improvement opportunities within the team, focusing on automation, process improvement, how technology is best leveraged and technology shift opportunities
As assigned: Be responsible for the team’s budget as assigned, perform vendor management as needed against assigned partners, following all applicable policies and procedures for financial and team management
Work collaboratively with staff within the platform to identify and agree improvement opportunities
Skills / Experience
Minimum 5+ experience in Java (3 years in large company + 50,000 employees)
Agile (min 2 years)
1 year experience in Jira/Confluence
Experience in Maven (3 years)
Experience in Nexus (3 years)
Knowledge of ServiceNow API integration
MuleSoft 3 years (ideally have Mule-soft qualifications recent or recently expired & Provide checkable link)
Experience witch using API Led connectivity (2years/ 3projects)
Knowledge of Python (c.2 years)
Git + Git-flow knowledge will be very useful
Experience c.2 years Dev-Ops (Python Automation/Jenkins)
Familiarity with Linux servers (3 years)
Apache knowledge (3 years)
DB skills – Pref SQL server
Apility in reviewing code (2 years)
2 years writing tools to automate processes
Experience in logger frameworksNeeds to be resourceful and demonstrate innovation (3 years)
Nice to have:
Experience with Splunk - 1 year
Knowladge of MuleSoft upgrade 3 to 4
Familiar with HTML/CSS/JavaScript
Familiar with React/Angular
Knowledge of C#
