A Swiss based luxury, jewellery, consumer brand, which is establishing its Global Business Service Center in Tricity, is currently looking for Workday Technical Analyst.
Your new role
The person on the position of Workday Technical Analyst will be a part of the newly established Workday Support Team (Tier 2), attending to any incident identified or addressed by a key user, Help Desk or any other. We’re looking for 2 candidates with technical skills in the area of:
- Integration between different ERP systems (Workday, but also SAP HCM and its components or other), system interfaces, monitoring interfaces’ performance, executing integrations tests, troubleshooting data issues
- Security administration role, identity management, role assignment or user authorization concepts in ERP systems.
In both roles the scope of responsibilities includes technical troubleshooting and resolution for the end user, regular monitoring activities and continuous optimization as well as interaction with Workday Project team in terms of complex problems, and finally maintenance of test scenarios or performing tests of system updates.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you should have 1-2 years of experience in administrative level and a BS degree. Fluent in English speaking and writing is a must. You are interested in topics related to both the IT and HR and have service orientation and continuous improvement mindset. Ability to communicate, explain and socialize procedures, solution proposals with country key users is required, as well as ability to read and interpret data and deal with complexity. Experience in taking part in transitions of processes is a plus. Workday experience is wishful. Previous experience with any HR ERP system is a must.
