On behalf of our Client, the company which sets up a new Shared Service Centre in Tricity (the world leader in new technologies) we are currently looking for a person to hold the position of Workday Functional Analyst.
Your new role
You will be responsible for developing, designing, building, testing, implementing, maintaining and enhancing authorization structure. What is more, ensuring HRIS quality and consistency, creating scheduled and on-demand reports, troubleshooting analyses, detecting, identifying and correcting both technical and functional problems. Identifying possible process optimizations and assist in possible new functionalities design, as well as operational changes and working methods adjustments will be also your daily task. Finally, being functional support and providing assists/ trainings to end-users
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you need to have minimum 1 year of experience in Workday or about 2 years in other HRIS systems (Taleo, PeopleSoft). Moreover, knowledge of information process flows and impact especially in such areas as HRIS, HR, Payroll, Finance. Knowledge of HRIS designs, installation, maintenance, fluency in English and analytical thinking are also required.
