Workday Analyst needed for a Swiss based luxury company in its Tricity subsidiary.
Your new role
The person on the position of Workday Analyst will be responsible for troubleshooting system functional issues, coordinating issue resolution with development, technical, operations teams but also for ensuring escalation if applicable in Workday. Moreover, your duties will include system improvements through support the system updates, analysis for planned changes and new requirements.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you should have at least 2 years of experience in administrative level and a BS degree. Fluent in English speaking and writing is a must. Moreover the ideal Candidate should have service orientation and continuous improvement mindset. Ability to multitask to deal with complexity as well as analytical mind are also required.
