Responsibilities:
- Coordinate risk and control related task for ICG/CTO teams
- Audit reporting. Providing technical expertise during audits
- Direct liaison with business users, application development and support groups locally and regionally
- Engineering solutions and participation in projects implementation
- Performance monitoring and review, capacity planning, procedural checks
- Tight control of the environment including conformance with standard controls checks and procedures in accordance with corporate standards
- COB co-ordination, testing and documentation
- Maintaining system documentation. Responsibility for technical and team process control documentation and periodical support for internal self-assessment processes
- Ensure that the Wintel systems are maintained in accordance with the support model implemented
- Adherence to all Citi Security roles and responsibilities which include:
- Acting in accordance with Citi´s information security policies
- Protecting assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference
- Execution of particular security processes or activities
- Ensuring responsibility is assigned to the individual for actions taken
- Reporting security events or potential events or other security risks to the organization
- Experience in Windows Systems Administration covering Windows 2003 / 2008 and 2012 Server versions.
- Understanding of server support products like HP SIM, NetBackup, IBM Tivoli, Tectia SSH
- Understanding of middleware products such as Microsoft IIS would be the advantage.
- Experience in Risk and Compliance area
- Analytical approach with an eye for detail and emphasis on accuracy
- Understanding of ITIL model
- Proficiency with all MS Office products.
- Demonstrable commercial experience of server support in a distributed environment, ideally some of which will have been in a Banking environment.
- The candidate will need to be a self-starter. Work will have to be of a consistently high nature with a focus on timely and accurate delivery of information and reports.
- Good organization and planning skills.
- Strong customer and colleague communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Ability to manage extremely aggressive time frames
- Flexibility to adapt to changing demands and priorities
- Fluent written and spoken English.
