For our Client, a globalE-learning solutions, management consulting and engineering services provider, we are looking for candidates for position Vendor Coordinator.
As a Vendor Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following duties: tracking of all service requests and statements of work for all 3rd Party Vendors and their importation to the Vendor Database. Ensuring that all contract documents are complete and signed off. Tracking and reporting of all regional Vendor Contact information on a weekly basis.
An ideal candidate should have proven experience in a fast paced business role, great business acumen and being a team player. Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office and ability to analyse information. Fluent English language skills.
