Our client is a professional Biotechnology organization, based in Hessen Germany.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
Your responsibilities as a supervisor with the vaccine production will be overseeing the production process and is a new role within the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make sure that the production runs smoothly
- Solving problems within the production
- Scheduling personnel
- Providing assistance in determining the size of the workforce
- Personnel responsibilities for the employees
- Support qualification, validation, optimization of automated systems
- Work in projects to improve the production
REQUIREMENTS
-Knowledge of biotechnology regulations (such as GxP, laws and instructions)
-Experience with qualified pharmaceutical production (technician)
-Experience within the laboratory (biology/chemistry)
-Technical skills and laboratory system skills
-Excellent communication in English and German
-GMP knowledge
