For our Client – international leader in HR Outsourcing, that is developing its operations in Kraków Outsourcing Centre, we are currently looking for Candidates with UK Payroll background on the position of UK Payroll Specialist.
Successful Candidatewill be responsible for successful management of full payroll cycle.Among other responsibilities this person will be responsible for direct payroll input to appropriate system, deal with employees’ queries, process statutory documentation from 3rd party providers, ensure accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing, prepare BACS files for authorization processes and assist in collating payroll information for various reconciliations. Moreover Payroll Specialist will calculate Leavers overpayment process when required, comply with Health and Safety requirements, update and create new SOPS, participate in end of year processes and liaise with Client will all payroll related queries.
In order to be successful on this positionyou need to have at least 1 year of professional experience in area of British payroll. Moreover you will have excellent command of Englishand strong customer service skills along with good analysis and problem solving capabilities.
