Treasury Manager

We have a pleasure to work for a large international company. Currently, our Client is looking for a competent person for the position of:

Treasury Manager

Location: Łódź

Responsibilities:

• Managing Treasury Team and determining appropriate placement and training
• Cooperating with Treasury Group to examine opportunities to implement process and system improvements
• Managing access rights to banking systems including SAP
• Updating middle and back office procedures manual
• Initiating treasury internal controls together with confirmation of treasury deals
• Submitting all internal control exceptions
• Maintaining ongoing interactions with banks and their corresponding U.S. operations

Requirements:

• Above 3-4 years of professional experience, ideally at Treasury Manager position
• Team management experience
• Great negotiation skills
• Great analytical skills
• Diploma in Accountancy and Finance or related field, preferably followed with CTP or MBA
