Treasury Manager

Treasury Manager will be responsible for all treasury functions, cash flow forecasting and daily liquidity management. The position will manage the capital structure of the group to ensure proper utilization of free cash flow, reduction of debt, and efficiency of internal capital structure.
Responsibilities:
- responsible for all cash and investing functions of the company and its subsidiaries and the investor functions for the company and its subsidiaries;
- coordinate the company and its subsidiaries cash functions including cash positioning, cash reporting, wire payments, foreign currency management, bank account setup, maintenance and bank relationship management;
- lead treasury process improvement efforts;
- create and maintain Treasury policies and procedures;
- maintain relationships with banking partners and other vendor partners in relevant product areas, review appropriateness of policy parameters, introduce formal benchmarking metrics and performance reviews;
- work with tax team on the implementation of consistent processes to ensure that hedging and intercompany transactions are correctly and promptly classified, incl. transfer pricing rules
- ad hoc projects;
Job Requirements:
- University degree in Finance, Economics or similar;
- Min. 3 years experience on managerial level position in corporate treasury functions (earlier experience in the financial services sector would be an asset);
- Extensive knowledge of all aspects of treasury management;
- Fluency in English as working language; German will be an additional asset
- Accuracy & excellent analytical skills;
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills to work with senior management and banking partners.
