For our Client, a leader in the real estate industry, we are looking for a Candidate for the Treasury and Fund Analyst.
The person on this position will be responsible for planning and coordinating equity contributions from investment partners. The main responsibilities will include financial flows coordination, investment analysis, budget preparation, creating financial reports and close cooperation with financial and accounting teams in the company.
An ideal Candidate should have a Master degree in finance, business or related fields. Our Clients is looking for a person with minimum 2 years of professional experience gained in financial, controlling or treasury departments. Experience from Big4 will be treated as an asset. The Candidate should have developed analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at one time. Fluency in English is a must, additional knowledge of German is much appreciated. Very good knowledge of Excel and ability to organise one's own work are also necessary on this position. We are looking for a person motivated to start a long-term cooperation, who is highly-motivated to learn and develop within the company.
