Travel & Expense Concur Specialist
Location: WrocławIndividual on this position will be part of Travel and Expense team and also BD Concur project team, during the first year of career. After Concur implementation period talent will become one of the Concur experts in Europe and the system super user.
Main objective of role
- Execute testing of the new Concur instance
- Provide training to new users
- Support Concur deployment
- Participate in the local language translation/customization
- Process expense reports in accordance with policies and procedures
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure that internal controls are performed in order to guarantee SOX compliance
- Continuously improve his/her functional and technical knowledge to guarantee a high level of accomplishment of the job
- Act as point of contact for Countries, Businesses and Functions for questions regarding T&E WSSC processes, systems and compliance
Requirements
- Relevant business or accounting degree
- Or a minimum of relevant experience (1 or 2 years) in a multinational finance environment
- Very good knowledge of Concur and SAP
- Fluency of global T&E policy and local addendum policies
- Fluent in written and spoken English
