On behalf of our client, we are looking for Travel & Expenses Specialists with English to join brand new department within already established SSC in Wrocław with expected start dates in February 2017 and opportunity to participate in business trip.
Your key responsibilities will include prioritizing daily work load to meet Department and Corporate goals, maintenance of vendor (employee) master data, review and record travel expenses, Audit T&E documents, prepare and calculate accruals with regards to travel expense, answer questions concerning travel expenses reimbursements
To be successful in this role you should meet the following criteria: ability to communicate in English (at least B2+/C1), 1-2 years of experience in similar position, willingness to travel, excellent organization and have problem solving & attention to detail skills. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (esp. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP or similar ERP or accounting software are beneficial.
