On behalf of our client, we are looking for Travel & Expenses Specialists with English and Italian to join brand new department within already established SSC in Wrocław with expected start 2nd and 3rd quarter of 2017 and opportunity to participate in business trip.
Your key responsibilities will include prioritizing daily work load to meet Department and Corporate goals, maintenance of vendor (employee) master data, review and record travel expenses, Audit T&E documents, prepare and calculate accruals with regards to travel expense, answer questions concerning travel expenses reimbursements
To be successful in this role you should meet the following criteria: Fluent written and spoken knowledge of Italian and at least good English skills. 1-2 years of experience in similar position, willingness to travel, excellent organizational and problem solving skills. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (esp. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP or similar ERP or accounting software are beneficial.
