Travel and Expenses Assistant
Miejsce pracy: PoznańFor our Client, the company with German capital, who leads the Shared Service Centre in Poznan, we are looking for the candidate for the position of T&E Specialist. In general, the person is responsible for issues connected with employees who are on business trips. The person will lead mainly German market – English advanced is mandatory, German is an advantage.
Principal duties:
- Perform day-to-day T&E transaction in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with defined operating procedures
- Maintain ‘no backlog’ approach- clear all T&E systems with maximum 48 hours
- Respond to basic customers' queries in 48 hours - showing proactive approach
- Checking and posting incoming T&E claim according to internal rules and regulations
- Perform the T&E claim booking
- Generate defined standard reports and process ad-hoc requests
- Perform period-end processing and reporting
- Prepare postings and transfer to SAP FI
- Prepared information to create vendor or employee account in SAP
- Resolves problems and perform trouble-shooting when required
- Perform other duties as required within T&E
- Fulfil timely all task assigned by Team Leader and Manager
Requirements:
- Professional experience in customer service or international environment
- Knowledge of SAP FI – an asset.
- Very good English language skills – B2/C1.
- Very good German language skills – B2/C1 – an asset.
- Very good work organization and time management skills.
- Very good communications skills with different levels in the organization.
- Strong Customer Focus.
- Self-development & ability to learn new things.
