For our client, the world’s largest company dedicated to industrial automation, we are currently looking for candidate willing to work on a position of an T&E Team Leader & Project Manager, combines both daily people/ process management together with ad-hoc project management and leadership responsibilities.
This role will represent whole Global Finance Operations on assigned strategic processes efforts, and related projects working closely with Global Business Process Owner and Manager on the processes design.
The Candidate will have to manage T&E compliance audit global team >13 direct reports, maintain a robust control framework and compliance and provide advice and support to the team in every-day issues resolution, drive process continuous improvement through LEAN program, monitor, manage and report process performance, set priorities whenever needed. What more, working on this position the Candidate will have to lead, own moderate to large projects within finance/T&E/P2P area, lead change, ensure changes are being led and documented appropriately, leverage problem solving and influencing skills to ensure project deliverables are met. The Candidate will need to keep management informed of implementation activities and progress through regular communications, meetings and status reports, and by reporting exceptional circumstances in a timely manner to ensure delivery of commitments as well as partner or lead cross-functional activities with internal and external business partners to provide tactical thought partnership or leadership to effectively drive project delivery.
A successful Candidate should have a 3+ years of financial/accounting and/or systems related experience and previous experience in a role related to implementation or project management. Furthermore, the Candidate should be characterized by stakeholder management and leadership skills and ability to be self-directed and work independently. Fluent English is a must. Experience in people management, SAP experience and Travel and Expense or Purchase to Pay process experience a strong plus.
