Opis stanowiska
On this position you would be responsible for receiving inbound customers calls/emails regarding tourist
products, questions and issues. You will be expected to handle a inquiry from customer, answer the questions,
solving a problem and escalate issues when appropriate.
Your main duties could consist of:
· Taking incoming call from French customers regarding their questions and/or issues;
· Keeping email correspondence;
· Identifying clients problems/needs and initiate effective solutions;
· Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through interactions via phone and email
Wymagania
Required skills and experience:
· Fluency in French,
· Communicative in English,
· Excellent communication skills,
· Able to work successfully as part of a team,
· Experience in customer service, experience in hospitality industry will be an asset.
