For our Client, globally recognized company (Travel Industry) we are currently looking for Candidates to join Customer Service team(UK market).
While working at the position of Travel Agent, you will be responsible for providing the world’s best customer service for each and every customer. You will help your customer via both phone and email. You will also be responsible for managing all GDS system related queries.
We are looking for young potentials who want to build and develop professional career within an international and friendly environmentand who possess well-developed communication skills and excellent command of English (C1 level is a must).Graduates will be considered for this entry level role with working knowledge in sales, contact centre or face to face customer service. Availability to work shifts (24/7, 8 hours per day) is required.
