Our Client is an international travel industry company that is currently developing a Contact Centre in Kraków.
Working on this position you will be responsible for resolving everyday queries of Dutch/French/Germanspeaking customers from all over the world. You will take ownership of 2 communication channels – phone and e-mail, as well as get the unique opportunity to learn GDS systems. On daily basis you will ensure the customers receive highest level of support and dedication. The team is international and very diversified, and you will play a vital part in developing positive relations within it.
We are looking for candidates with fluent Dutch or French or German and good working knowledge of English ( it is necessary to communicate with your future managers and colleagues). Any experience in working in customer service will be a huge asset, however If you are a fresh graduate looking for new opportunities – do not hesitate! Availability to work shifts(24/7, 8 hours per day) is also required.
