We are seeking a Transportation Coordinator (m/f) to join our team in Wroclaw.
Responsibilities:
· Manage vendor relationship with transportation providers
· Schedule transportation of employees to and from our Fulfilment Centers (FC)
· Establish and coordinate daily transportation routes
· Trouble shooting of any queries related to transportation
· Working closely with HR/Labor teams
· Ensure safety procedures are understood and followed.
· Point of contact for all suppliers and liaising with Accounts to expedite invoicing queries
· Ensuring monthly PO’s for contracted items are raised on time
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· Previous/Recent experience in Purchasing/Transportation including Supplier Relationship Management
· Computer Literate – in particular Oracle and MS Excel
· Contract and Price negotiation experience an advantage
· Aptitude for problem solving and keen eye for detail
· Good communication skills in Polish and basic skills in English for Internal & External customer interaction
· Able to work as part of a team as well as independently
· Ability to lead and work as part of a project team
· Reliable
· Ownership of tasks
