Key task description:
This key position requires individual to project manage the migration of finance business processes (covering Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger and Fixed Assets) for successive migrations of accounting processes from company sites onto ESSC.
Responsibilities of this position will include:
- Coordinating and successfully migrating the “in scope” work from the sites into the ESSC on time and with limited or no issues
- Facilitating and executing Service Level Agreements with local site Management
- Creating and maintaining a good working relationship with the impacted sites
- Ensuring all necessary tasks are listed, assigned and completed as committed
- Understanding and documenting local process to be migrated
- Identifying and helping to resolve any gaps between legacy processes at each site and the new, standard processes
Experience and skills requirements:
- Degree level education in Business Studies, Finance or Information Systems
- Qualified Accountant or equivalent certification, preferred
- Experienced and knowledgeable in SAP
- Experienced with Senior Management communication
- Strong analytical skills and excellent organization and planning skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills & excellent interpersonal, leadership and management skills
- Fluent in English, other languages will be a plus
- Ability to travel
