On behalf of our Client, a world-wide known international company,that develops an SSC to provide finance and accounting services, we are currently recruiting a Transition Manager.

Acting as a Manager you will be challenged with the task of leading migration of accounting processes from our Client’s customers to the shared service centre. You will be responsible for a direct contact with customers, meeting agreed Service Level Agreements on accuracy, time and manner and striving to exceed expectations of the management. Your main duties will also include continuous improving and implementing core accounting processes.

To be successful in this role you need to have previous experience within a BPO / SSC organization in Transition management as well as Finance & Accounting function on managerial level, you should speakEnglish fluently. Analytical and communication skills will be a key in order to work effectively and closely with other teams within accounting functions.
